Summer Youth Basketball Tournament
A double elimination tournament on July 10 and 11. For ages 10 to 14. Two divisions, one for ages 10-12 and one for ages 13-14. Registration is open now through July 2. Put your team together and sign up today! Each team should have 5 players and the fee is only $10/team! The winning teams get a $150 prize provided by GrindAVL Coffee. Youth Fall Baseball
For ages 6 to 18. Divisions include T-ball and coach pitch through junior and Senior leagues. Registration is open now through July 27. Practices begin August 16 and games start September 7. Fee is $75/player. For more information, contact Maria Young at myoung2@ashevillenc.gov or 828-251-4026.
Adult Fall Softball Leagues
For ages 18 and up. A league for everyone! Men’s, Coed and Recreational leagues with Upper, Middle and Lower Divisions for all skill levels. Registration is open July 19 through July 30 and games are scheduled August through October. Fee is $600/team for Men’s and Coed leagues and $400/team for Rec league plus $25 for non-City of Asheville residents. Adult Fall Volleyball – Indoor
For ages 18 and up. A dual-gendered league with Upper, Middle and Lower Divisions for all skill levels. Registration is open August 19 through August 30 and the season runs September through December. Six players per team. Fee is $200/team plus $25 for non-City of Asheville residents. Adult Fall Volleyball – Outdoor
For ages 18 and up. Play on the sand at Carrier Park! A dual-gendered open division league. Registration is open August 19 through August 30 and the season runs September through November on Monday evenings. Four players per team.
