Public Transparency Dashboard In keeping with a commitment to provide greater transparency and accountability, the Asheville Police Department (APD) has created a one-stop public data dashboard. The dashboard takes statistics available through open data sites and puts them into one easily accessible location. This dashboard aims to provide our residents with the information needed to work collaboratively with law enforcement to develop solutions to make our community safer. The dashboard also contains a list of frequently asked questions. It includes a new customer satisfaction survey created with the goal of better understanding how APD officers and employees interact with the public. 2022 Internal Affairs Statistical Summaries 2023 Internal Affairs Statistical Summaries CALEA Public Comment Portal The Asheville Police Department participates in the CALEA Law Enforcement Accreditation process.
