One of the advantages of using our Customer Portal to enroll in e-billing is the ability to set up a secure log-in (often your email) with a password only to you. Other reasons include the ability to stop or make any changes in the bank information as well as receiving e-bills and accessing bill and payment history. Finally, the City will be discontinuing the old software which drafts bank information shortly after the new system is implemented.
