Payments

Payments can be made in the following ways:

  • Online – using our Payments and Appeals Portal (Visa/Mastercard)
  • In Person – 45 Wall Street, Asheville, NC 28801 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. (Cash, Check or Money Order payable to City of Asheville, Visa/MasterCard)
  • By Mail – 45 Wall St Asheville, NC 28801 (Check or Money Order payable to City of Asheville – do not mail cash!)

Appeals

If you believe your parking citation was issued in error, you have the right to appeal it. Appeals must be submitted in writing. The quickest and easiest way to submit an appeal is to use our online Payments and Appeals Portal.
